How we help.
At the SDS factory, service and customer focus are our top priorities. We are here to make your life easier! That means we listen carefully to your story to determine what kind of help you need and whether we can provide it. The most important thing for us is that you get the help you need, and we're very flexible in how we can provide it to suit your needs.
Subscription: Many of our customers choose an SDS maintenance subscription. This provides full support, regular contact and consultation, and we're always available to answer questions.
Project: One-time use of our services, after which we won't lose touch. We'll keep you informed through our webinars and newsletters. If anything drastic changes, we'll often reach out to you.
Occasional assistance: Having trouble keeping up with everything internally? We're happy to help and ensure everything is up-to-date. When you're back on track, we'll step back until you need us again.
These are just a few examples of the ways we can organize our help. If you have another idea in mind, let us know. We're happy to work with you.
How we work
We like to discover who you are and how we can help you. Of course, we also like to tell you who we are and what we can do for you.
We discuss the most ideal way in which we can help you. This can take various forms: a single assignment, a subscription, a project, software, etc. Most important to us is that it fits within your company and work processes.
If you have given us your trust, we will start with the execution, with planned contact and evaluation moments.
After completion of the assignment, we evaluate our approach and discover which improvements can be made. If a follow-up is needed, we will work together to find the best solution and create a plan together.
