In this final newsletter of the year, we will update you on Stop the Clock, the PCN notification in Belgium, the publication of company names by ECHA starting in July 2026, and our latest podcast episode on Omnibus VI.
Each year, we like to contribute to a good cause. This year, we chose the Kinderen van de Voedselbank Foundation (Children of the Food Bank) through the heartwarming initiative “Dream bear – for those who deserve a little extra attention.” We supported this initiative with a donation of €1,500.

ECHA to publish company names beginning in July 2026
ECHA will start publishing company names for all notifications in the C&L Inventory as of July 2026. If you do not want your name to be made public, you must update your dossier and request confidentiality before June 30th, 2026.

‘STOP-THE-CLOCK’ officially confirmed!
Regulation (EU) 2025/2439 has been published. Several CLP deadlines from the November 2024 revision have been postponed until January 1st, 2028, including:
- Label update deadlines
- Physical label format requirements
- Advertising
- Distance sales
- Ready-mixed cement
Important: The CLP revision has not been fully postponed. All other new requirements and their respective deadlines remain fully in force.
Meanwhile, work is ongoing at the EU level on a broader CLP revision, which may include changes to label format requirements. This proposal forms part of the OMNIBUS VI package.
