Welcome to the ViB fabriek – Ewa introduces herself.

My name is Ewa Zywiolek and I joined de ViB fabriek in July 2025. My background in biotechnology and nutrition led me to spend several years working in different laboratories. While the work was interesting, I realized I missed the opportunity to see the real impact of what I do.

At de ViB fabriek found exactly that opportunity. In this role, I enjoy working directly with clients, guiding them through their questions and making complex topics clear and structured. Being able to support clients and help them understand complicated information is something I find very rewarding.

What makes this role so enjoyable is the variety. Every client brings a different challenge to solve, which keeps the work interesting and constantly gives me the opportunity to learn something new. No two days are the same, and that variety is what makes the job both dynamic and engaging.

Just as importantly, the great team at de ViB fabriek makes the work environment a really positive and motivating place to be. Working with such an energetic and fun team, where we openly share ideas and learn from each other, makes the experience even more rewarding.
