EU Agreement on the Revision of the Detergents Regulation

On 10 June 2025, the Council and the European Parliament reached a provisional agreement on stricter requirements for biodegradability, labelling, import controls, and a reinforced ban on animal testing.

But what about the DPP? Will the obligation for the Digital Product Passport (DPP) also be included in this revision?

The official publication is not expected until the end of 2025 or early 2026, but we’re already looking into it for you!
